Mr Soundbite needs to start delivering and quick. He needs to prove hes a winner and not just a person that soundbites.

 

I think very few people are disputing that - but the time for RS to do something about the areas he is not happy about starts after todays game. Did you want him to sack them with say 4 games to go - would have achieved nothing and just looked really messy. Today is the time to draw a line in the sand and begin making the changes that are necessary in all aspects of the club

 

I disagree partially on the support base. Far too much apathy and acceptance without genuinely questioning the club on decision, amongst some of our base.

People are bored of areas being called poor or people can't do x, y or z. I have hammered @wetherbywhaler when he comes on saying Bradford is a poor area and uses it as an excuse for Bradford City not improving. It's utter bollocks. People are bored of this don't go above your station mindset that Bradford City, Bradford Council seem they want to deliver.

One of the reason the reasons why Labour keep on losing seats is basically down to the fact people have had enough of their city or town been talked about like its scum and with no hope. People understand all Cities and Towns have poor areas but start talking about the area in a positive fashion and highlight how you intend to improve the poor areas of the city. This is all Labour need to start doing but no they continue with this poor story and get nowhere.

Bradford City need to stop playing everything down and now start to be looking to improve vastly on and off the pitch.

T & S are not good enough and we all know it. Stop with the charity mindset! Get rid! sent a statement of intent to the fans. Make sure the account figures are clear for all to see and be honest with fans.

Next season the league looks even weaker than this. Automatic spots has to be the aim. Has to be! If Sparks believes T & S can't deliver that he needs to get rid now and not after 10 games etc. Let's stop wasting everyone's time and stop the sound biting.

 

Correct and then no compensation due as they will carry on working until their contract expires. A win win , for the club.
The only thing stopping them would be their ego, however they would be highly unlikely to walk into a dual manager role anytime soon, if ever?

 

Plus the fact we may have recruited to fill those vacancies, also we would end up paying them first team managers wages to train the little kids
