Summer 2023 Transfer Rumours

I was happy when we’d just brought in 6 tbh, yeah there was a bit of a meltdown by some but numbers wise we were fine it was just down to management to get the best out of the team. These last 3 loans especially feel like throwing darts at a board blindfolded. I just hope they hit 180 or not just Hughes but anyone involved in this ‘recruitment team’ needs to go.

 

There was someone in here after last week match that said Stubbs had a bit of an altercation with Hughes and his assistant. They think it was about strategy. Maybe he has engineered his own exit?

 

Stubbs isn’t leaving is he???

 

Rumours are that we are selling him to Barnsley for £200k

 

If it happens some serious questions need asking. Holding hope common sense will prevail but unfortunately that and competency is lacking down there.

 

He won’t be the only one about Hughes strategy.

 

There's no article I can find on the interweb that even speculates it is possible.

 

The rumour being some poster on here. Well that's me convinced....

 

Wasn't it the accounts first post too? And his second post answering the question of his source was basically "trust me bro"?

 

A poster who’s never posted on here before suddenly pipes up half an hour before the deadline claiming to have a source. Yeah, must be true.

If Stubbs leaves that’s Hughes signing his termination agreement

 

Hughes trying his best to be sacked. Awful window with a lot of unknowns going forward. The biggest shock for me is signing 900 wingers when we play with wing backs which should mean inverted wide players

 

Just frustration with a new formation that hasn’t worked out. Wouldn’t think there’s anything in it. Players and managers shout at each other all the time.
