The newspaper doesnt decide where Google ranks the content in its index. The fact its a newspaper website and its a recent article explains why it ranks so highly.

 

You're correct the info has been out there as you say in various comments/chunks, unfortunately no one who worked for the club could make any direct quotes as in many had clauses in their pay off.

 

Genuine question. Did you relay back to Stefan what you knew was going on as soon as you knew it? Your concern about the club is genuinely noted.

PS Bradford is a much bigger city than Barnsley population wise so we have a much better chance of a
higher average attendance and filling our empty seats

I don’t think we could fill the ground every week in League One even if offering £1 kids tickets with every full paying adult, or even if we cut admission prices in half for all.

The Oxford cut price promo worked recently because of the novelty factor but if tickets were that price every week it doesn’t have the same lure.

I’d support dropping prices every week myself to fill the ground.....but you saw it for Oxford....you’d also get the whining element of the fanbase moaning that they’ve paid upfront and others are getting in on the cheap.

Again, these promo’s can’t be offered every week for this reason.

Why are you arguing this point? Irrespective of why the ground wasn’t full for those ties mentioned by @Bigrod, you did get the issue he was trying to make. Fact remains that even if we sold all available seats for £1 each, we would still struggle to sell out against some of the L1 sides we are yet to play.

What this has to do with what other clubs would get in comparison to us is irrelevant to the point being made...!

 

I suppose that, with the General Sale discount price being £199 for 23 games, we could offer an adult a mini ST for £75, covering the remaining 9 home fixtures (exc today). That way, nobody could complain about someone getting a better deal.
