Neither can I and there's plenty of factors regardless of the low ticket price.
Lots of people are having to tighten their belts in the present economic climate.
Obviously the delusional Derek Adams era can be added to the list of contributing factors as well.
I firmly believe if it wasn't for the signing of Mark Hughes and Glynn Hodges we would be looking at very poor ticket sales such was the wain in attending in person before they came.

Cheap tickets or not, Mark Hughes or not, considering the poor football on offer the past few years and the state of the economy. its bloody amazing we sell the number of tickets we do, if we do sell more than last year, fantastic.

The only buzz you would create would be in your midget brothel.
Exceeding last seasons tally would be a significant and notable achievement worthy of some discussion considering where we ended up in the league last season.Stop hovering to collapse... There simply isn't an argument for raising ticket prices, and the idea it's a make-or-break for a competitive budget is utter drivel.Petrov, Bronco, Idlebantam and 1 other person like this. -
We are a business and as with every other business you can only pass on so much to your customer, it gets to a situation where people have to make choices and reduce their expenditure elsewhere.
I see Cadburys are reducing the size of their chocolate bars as they don't want to increase the price, which advertising guru came up with that one.Bantamtom, Onside, Park bantam and 1 other person like this. -

If you can't afford £40 a year due to rising bills then you probably can't really afford the season ticket anyway.Goose, Interested Bystander, Mason Handshake and 1 other person like this. -
We’ll done City on the price freeze. It may in reality have been the only real choice. I’m not sure some people understand just how difficult it is going to get for those on lower incomes over the coming months, especially with a second energy price hike in the Autumn.

I think its very much in context for the reasons I've given with regards a family, if as many are predicting once the cap is taken off utility bills could be around the £3,000 annually, that's before the national insurance hike, petrol prices, mortgages, with inflation running at a predicted 10% we'll have to disagree.Petrov, Bantamtom, Onside and 1 other person like this.
