Neither can I and there's plenty of factors regardless of the low ticket price.
Lots of people are having to tighten their belts in the present economic climate.
Obviously the delusional Derek Adams era can be added to the list of contributing factors as well.
I firmly believe if it wasn't for the signing of Mark Hughes and Glynn Hodges we would be looking at very poor ticket sales such was the wain in attending in person before they came.

Cheap tickets or not, Mark Hughes or not, considering the poor football on offer the past few years and the state of the economy. its bloody amazing we sell the number of tickets we do, if we do sell more than last year, fantastic.

I take it your profession outside of being a car wash magnate is not in sales and marketing?

The only buzz you would create would be in your midget brothel.

Exceeding last seasons tally would be a significant and notable achievement worthy of some discussion considering where we ended up in the league last season.

Season ticket sales are a large part of Mark Hughes player budget I'd think most fans would be interested.

It could be that, but a few more blocks have gone to limited availability today as well.
We will know by Monday, but i think we could be pleasantly surprised . Any increase in sales would be good considering the poor football on offer the past few season's.

Sorry Rod, away in Spain so not in close contact but there are always some who have paid full price on the basis they felt the offer price was undervalued. If I had to guess I’d say possibly 3-500 to come.

An email has been sent to everyone with a printable season ticket on it so if you've not ordered a physical ticket you can print off the email as a back up.

Same I wouldn’t have bothered with the plastic card had I known, I’m not bothered about the money but it would have been good to know as it does reduce the use of plastic. With the world how it is now you’d think they’d have advertised that better tbh.

I've no problem with the price staying the same.

But... FFs get the right players in.. GET IT RIGHT! More fans will pay on the day.

It's a good job we have an owner with the financial muscle to compete in the Championship, then, isn't it?

There simply isn't an argument for raising ticket prices, and the idea it's a make-or-break for a competitive budget is utter drivel.

As with everything else that is increasing, so for many people the choice could be feed my children, heat my home, pay the mortgage to keep a roof over our heads, used the car as little as possible only for work etc, or pay more for our season tickets, as has been said many times would we rather have a 24,000 seater stadium 3/4 full and all that goes with it with regards hospitality, merchandising, or 8/9,000 who may not be able to then afford a pint or food in the bars, and a big drop of in shirts, scarves etc.
We are a business and as with every other business you can only pass on so much to your customer, it gets to a situation where people have to make choices and reduce their expenditure elsewhere.
I see Cadburys are reducing the size of their chocolate bars as they don't want to increase the price, which advertising guru came up with that one.

People were talking about a £40 rise, let's not take it completely out of context.

If you can't afford £40 a year due to rising bills then you probably can't really afford the season ticket anyway.

We’ll done City on the price freeze. It may in reality have been the only real choice. I’m not sure some people understand just how difficult it is going to get for those on lower incomes over the coming months, especially with a second energy price hike in the Autumn.

I did say for a family so your £40 example is possibly more around at least double your figure, husband wife and a couple of children.
I think its very much in context for the reasons I've given with regards a family, if as many are predicting once the cap is taken off utility bills could be around the £3,000 annually, that's before the national insurance hike, petrol prices, mortgages, with inflation running at a predicted 10% we'll have to disagree.
