Been to the ticket office. No queue and got all mine renewed in less than 10 minutes. It seems a glitch has been wiping an odd few people's input details when they try renew online and it had even happened to them in the ticket office too. They do not know why. As usual, they seem pleasant to deal with and on the ball. Thanks to them and thanks again to those on here offering suggestions.

 

Just renewed. Unless the price to fill up the tank for the 250 mile round trip reduces over the next 11 months I doubt I'll be getting to more than the two games I got to last season. But add another onto the current total..

 

They made it clear right from the start

 

Edwin, you might be in a position to absorb the massive increase in fuel, energy and food costs but it is going to hit many people hard. It is totally the right decision for next season - hopefully it will be a good one under Hughes and then we can reassess from a better position

 

The thing here Fordy, is that we are constantly told how hard the cost of living is becoming. Watching football on a Saturday afternoon , is a luxury . No matter what the cost of the ticket , it will be a decision that some have to make across the country.
The fact we have held the price in the face of 9% inflation and probably higher is commendable .
lots of clubs who charge more than us could lose season ticket holders , with fans picking prime matches to attend and pay on the day or even not at all.
I say again well done and really hope we surpass last years total.

Bless you Roger, I know I don't know you at all apart from postings on here but, for any faults it may have from time to time, it provides one essential component we all need in life - communication. I lost both my mum and dad in recent years and my brothers are all in the north of England so yesterday was tough. But our club is a key part of my life and although I cannot put a face to most of the names on here (perhaps a blessing ) it still provides a bond, a comfort, a laugh, occasionally an anger - but most of all a communication with people.
I wish you as much joy as possible following City in season ahead (I have a good feeling about it) but most of all I wish you, and anyone else on here who is going through struggles, growing peace and contentment in your lives

 

A great effort you Bantams, yes season tickets may be cheap as chips but with all that people/families have been through and are still going through a very good effort by all, take heed Stefan.

 

Totally disagree.

A good decision by the club in light of the current economic situation and hardship that many families will endure.

We had an increase last season, and the season panned out to be woeful, still only 2 home wins at home since August.

I cannot honestly remember when we had so few home wins on the board by April in all the years I've watched them.

Freezing the prices is the least they could have done for us.

Hopefully now, most fans will renew and maybe we can attract some more back to the fold.

The time for further significant increases is when we get out of this awful 4th tier

 

3 more renewed today. I must be lacking any sort of sense whatsoever.

It was my attempt at humour Keefly. I am actually in Spain but miles away fro Alicante at my place between Malaga and Nerva if you know it. Football is not really on my mind more getting used to a place I’ve not been for over 2 years.

Take me home was a massive social comment on Covid and coming out of the dark. To beat the other finalists in Chelsea and Villa is a major pat on the back for Andrew Taylor who masterminded it and for Ryan and team who had the balls to back it even despite the naysayers on here who rubbished it and most other things the Club tries.

I don't mind paying the extra £5 for an actual card. What does irk me in this day and age is organisations expecting everyone to have a smartphone to download things like covid passports and now season tickets.

My poor old dad is still coming to terms navigating texts on his Nokia for example. He hasn't a clue what a QR code is!

 

Christ it sums up this club when some are complaining about a fiver.

 

If we have a successful season, the atmosphere will take care of itself regardless of where the ‘K Block’ are situated.

 

Good weekend of sales have pushed the overall sold to just under 6,500. If anyone thinks we genuinely will not surpass last seasons total, think again.

Club predicts to sell somewhere between 14k-16k - with the DD option proving ever popular.
