I'm watching the iPlayer footage and they've got Womp and Gomp on there telling me Austin Samuels has been absolutely fantastic and the best player by a country mile.

I can assure anyone not watching that is not the case.

And he missed from two yards, too.

Luckily I think there's a couple of teams in this league that are worse then us

 

same place he was for the first.. on his heels and not realising where the danger is. similar to the third too. noticing a common trend yet that a lot of teams are attacking down our left side. he lacks concentration - for everything he does well going forward, he is as poor tactically when defending. a lot of the time it's his pace that gets him out of trouble. a good example of a winger turned full-back who hasn't been taught the art of defending.. doesn't help when McCall plays him as a wing-back. the poor lad has never been a wing-back. currently being hung out to dry by his manager.

 

Sum up Donaldson, 1 header on goal, 4 times on his arse and 1 offside, what a joke.

 

If he can pick up a three month injury, he can be as bad a signing as Jamie Devitt - he just needs to get sent off when he returns to cap off the season.

 

We will go down under Mcall - anyone who can’t see this is absolutely blinkered - the man is an absolute joke of a manager.

I'm listening with the Salford commentary. Its measured and professional. The only thing that could make this worse would be the City commentators.

I don't mean this to be snide, but reflecting on our early conversation - there's no way McCall should be promoted to an even more important position than the one he's in.

Once the first goal was in City went all out to equalise which left them even more vulnerable at the back. At that stage we didn't look at all bad going forward. So we made it easy for Salford and they really aren't that good a side.
