GB is an absolute shocker, said it from the start. Some say but we doing well in 4th!! Like fk!! We're 4th despite the clown we'd of been top 2 if not for him.

I've not really thought we should get rid of him before today as I thought we might scrape our way out of this division with him and despite his appalling football. But today I've changed my mind. The lack of organisation, game plan, structure, and complete absence of any sort of purpose or energy speaks volumes. And the manager must take responsibility for only the latest and worst in a long line of unacceptable performances. We're really very poor and probably in a false position in the league, and if we are serious about going up this year I'm afraid a change is urgently needed. But being City we'll just muddle along until it's too late and the season is gone. All very depressing.

 

I am beginning to think exactly the same. Really depressed, not because we lost but the way we lost. I think something is fundamentally wrong.

 

We've won at least 15 points this season purely down to own goals, deflected efforts and penalties. Bowyer has absolutely fluked it into this position, otherwise we'd be sat mid table with a shed load of 0-0s.

Agreed, why is he here he can go too, suspect he only got chance to get involved in the early days due to Daddy’s money, oversaw our L2 relegation and proclaimed we had done good business last January before the final capitulation. if we can’t even have hot water in the loos what hope have we got with him around.

Stephan needs to recruit a director of football and jettison Rhodes.

So we'll get rid of Bowyer after we've just lost our first game in nine

So that'll be three managers sacked who've had barely 60 matches between - but clearly this works so let sack Bowyer now and then if we don't win 10 out of next 15 we can sack the next one, so we can get another in to prepare for next season

Crewe, Colchester, Exeter and Swindon have had the same manager for a while - certainly more than 12 months, with the Colchester manager in his 3rd season. Other relegated clubs during the last decade like Crawley, Notts County, Oldham and Leyton Orient have of course had spectacularly good results, doing exactly what you and some others think we should be doing

He hasn't fluked it, he's said all along you've got a chance of winning games if you don't concede.

It's his whole approach, and it's largely been working.

 

Come on, we've got points in 5-10 games this season purely down to luck. Without them we'd be mid table. I could understand your point if we had been playing like this yet scored goals which were actually created ourselves, but its largely been the opposite, with goals being handed to us one way or another.
