    Seems to point at the Academy and since the recent departure of head of coaching Lewis Nightingale for Liverpool I wonder if there could be some kind of linkup with them.

    As mad as it sounds, they wont be able to send their young uns many places as big as ours to see what they're made of in front of a crowd. We got Daly away from Hartlepool for exactly that reason

    I agree. We do genuinely have something unique to offer at this level, from a player development point of view. And Hughes coaching profile will be another draw. Bigger clubs will trust him to coach young players in the right way much more than they will Adams.
