Plenty to do on a Saturday. City was once my number 1 priority every weekend. Not anymore.

Coach my sons team sat morning, then meet my 2 brothers and nephews, go to oddfellows for a bit of lunch and a pint then to the game !
I wouldn't change it for the world and I'll continue doing it for aslong as my kids and family come along!

I think 3 of our 7 are renewing, but the other 4 (including me obv) will not be.

Please after years of failure, years of costing us money, years of mediocrity why oh why do you think hes the right man.

Thousands of thousands not renewing i though it would be 1 to 2 k but way folk are talking it could be hitting 5k plus and that really is fooking shocking

 

The problem we have he doesn’t see them as poor decisions. Yes he has lost money I THINK but as long as the club stays sustainable he is ok. What he fails to see is that when Rhodes advised him it was the best way to run the club, he failed to notice that cup runs kept us going, sale of assets, and anything else that wasn’t nailed down. You cannot run a competitive club sustainably, even the top clubs can’t/won’t.

The “fans fury” is just that and will blow itself out, especially if the team are doing well. U fortunately for him, we have the perfect storm, season ticket sales for our 6th successive season in lg2, team can’t win an argument, very poor communication with the fans, and the floor is littered with broken promises. The fans have had enough. Calculating how many will fail to renew is for the birds, so although a price increase would not have put many off, it now will add to the burden of not having enough to sustain us. The cliff edge is approaching!

 

Does anyone know the whereabouts of Sparks this week? Simon Parker clearly hasn't bothered asking to speak to him. The manager is getting questions about the running of the club which isn't his remit at all, and what's he going to say in that position anyhow, yes my boss is clueless?

Is Sparks turning up to Valley Parade at the moment? Is his car there? Or has he been summoned abroad to Germany to speak with the man himself.

The head in the sand hope this all goes away approach will just cause more rage than there is now, and even if we beat Tranmere tomorrow it's to far gone to make any difference.

 

I can't believe 30% of people are still in either the yes or undecided camp.

 

I thought that but its an old poll isnt it? It should be deleted. The other day he had as much support and ‘no’ but then people have update their vote from their thoughts four years ago

 

You ask about Ryan's whereabouts well for what it's worth there's a supporters board meeting tonight if he fails to show then further speculation will ensue.
Anyone on this forum actually on the supporters board and if so have you had notification of it's cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances?

 

Not sure what people are not getting here:
We will still be in League Two at the end of this season regardless of results to the end of the season, again!
We might be lucky to still be in League Two at the end of next season.
If we aren't then it's bye bye BCFC as we cannot "sustain" NL football
We need change, or a change of attitude, at the top - end of
We all (and that includes RSv and SR) should be under no illusions of the perilous position our beloved football club is in right now - it really ain't pretty

 

Hes somehow hoping tjat the piss poor recruitment team will somehow pull out a miracle and get us promoted on less money.

Now us older lot who aint renewing will no doubt turn up once this shambles has gone but if thats years down the line what happens to the next generation of City fans ?????

Its simply not the damage being done now its the lasting damage it could cause over the next few years.

Sorry but he simply has to go to many epic fails for him to keep his job .......... to many dumb statements that are smacking him right in the face.

OK! There's nothing I'd prefer to do on a Saturday than to watch city and meet with family.
