What a pair of wasters they have turned out to be - to even be questioning whether they have the balls to be training correctly for the job they are (well) paid to do is a damning indictment on that plonker Rahic, but also on Riley and Wright as professional footballers

 

Why?

 

To think one of these men started the season as club captain.

No wonder we were rotting at the bottom of the pile for so long.

Ah, they do not want to train as the manager wants them too!! Unprofessional, great. Well I hope they read twitter and this board. You are contracted to Bradford City and our manager is David Hopkin, the clue is in the word MANAGER. You are paid to work however the manager wants you to work. You may have queries and you can question it, but what you can't do is turn up and not perform. You can rot as far as I am concerned. No wonder he has made them train on their own. If we had the money I would pay up the contracts, tossers!!! I am really angry all that money we are paying them, and they disrespect our manager and the fans.

 

It doesn't exactly say they are not prepared to train as the manager wants them to it say if they train correctly as in keep working hard and maintaining fitness then he will see.

 

If they had even an ounce of self respect they would be doing everything in their control to prove their manager wrong but clearly that is not happening as this has been an issue for months. Pair of Prima Donna's the both of them. Not surprised there are no takers for them.

Why mention training then? He didn't say 'keep' It goes without saying that footballers train; that is how I read it anyway. The fact that he is mentioned non league as a destination also implies that is what he thinks might be the outcome.

I think it's highly embarrassing and unprofessional from the manager.

Don’t think there is any suggestion that they don't train properly I think this quote is more about irritation he hasn't been able to.move them on

 

That's the only option available to them now if they go out on loan, they can't go to a league club. That's why he's mentioned that. He also doesn't mention they aren't training right either.

I agree. I think he's been very unprofessional and stupid too. If he wants them out then why would anyone take them after he's coming out and implying there's something wrong with both of them.

 

I don't think it is unprofessional.. more than happy for any manager to call out any player not giving 100%

Why not? They've both been dire this season. It's probably a combination of their ability, attitude and the wages they are earning.
