Inconsistent? He's only been a pro for 3 seasons. Spent the first in Hudds U23s, second in the U23s with a handful of games in the championship.

Last season was his first "proper" season as a pro, only missing 3 matchday squads at his time at Swindon, called their best defender during his spell. Then Plymouth just needed cover until their usual lads came back, would say that ones is Huddersfields fault knowing the lad was pulled from playing weekly to being a backup. Much like theybdid with Daly, pulling him from Hartlepool.

He had an injury going into the game against us last season, went off at HT after a bad game. Tried playing again the week after against Oldham and again went off at HT injured then missed the next two games healing. When actually playing, he's been far from inconsistent.

 

Announce the next signing quick.

He probably should not have started that game as he was not fully fit after an injury sustained earlier. Unfair to write his City career off gauging this one particular performances. But like RCBantam, you revel in being Mr/Mrs negative

This makes sense to me as Songoo will be the first name on the teamsheet and Platt isn’t here to bench warm. Sounds like this lad has no chance of breaking through at Hudds but has more chance of being involved/rotated here.

The Osudinawouldn’t want to play second fiddle to Songoo.

plus, we prob can’t afford Osudina and Smallwood as latter is on very good money here. Pointless paying Osudina good money to bench warm when we can invest it in the XI

 

I'm not sure why people are so certain that Odusina would be a better signing than Crichlow. One played well in a game against us, the other played poorly in a game against us, but there are other fixtures that take place that don't involve Bradford City. Both are a similar age, neither has played many games in the football league. One played for a team that finished 17th in the table and one played for a team that finished 6th. There isn't really much to go on other than that one time you saw them play against us.

 

I had a look around a number of articles and on the Swindon forum and they do seem to rate him. They were disappointed he left. He played in a back three often though.

I don't see much difference between him and Paudie when he joined us - Paudie came in and then won a contract on the back of his performances. I wonder if the thinking is similar with this lad. Particularly if we're promoted.
