I think the phone call would have been made by Stefan possibly in Edins ear shot, after Edin was told to have a low profile until Julian calms the waters.

 

This, imo is a just aSTICKING PLASTER to stop the momentum of the GET EDIN OUT CAMPAIGN.

 

If you are right (which you are not), Rupp and Rahic would be even bigger fools than I thought.

 

You know it's bad when everyone is delighted to have Captain Admin back as a consultant.

Let's hope he doesn't add a 4th relegation onto his family's CV of involvement.

 

Would you have prefered it to stay as it was...................not that I'm disagreeing with your admin comment, they could hardly afford Dave Baldwin.

 

Important question, will Julian be allowed to sit back down on that desk?

I wouldn't be surprised if they now use him as the go-between for fans. I don't expect we'll hear much from R&R publicly from now on, at least until things are looking less ugly.

Not sure it changes anything tbh but suppose the proof of that will come over time.

 

Had to smile at that comment which could have merit, maybe they are getting their excuses ready when the day arrives, "it's that Julian Rhodes fault we took notice of him and look where that's taken us".

Have a read of Rhodes interview I think it’s clear what this is aimed at working towards. Giving Hopkin what he needs to get the club some results. Ie Hopkin deals with Rhodes and gets what he needs that way. Leaving Rahic to concentrate on the running of the club leaning on Rhodes where he needs it.

 

And the rest of us are aware of just how much Edin listens to advice.

 

This is pointless, Rahic won't take advice from no one, he's got to go.

 

Dont see that Rhodes has any mandate, just to consult

Edin still has a say and owns the club.

 

Nearly all of us agree with this Fordy. We are clinging to the hope that further developments are to follow that will at least give us some hope.
