Appreciate I might not have been clear but the FFP reference was in relation to loaning him out in the first instance. I wasn't putting it forward as a reason why his return might not be poasinle and clearly it wasn't!

 

This could really be some season for Doyle. He could get promotion winners medals for two clubs AND it is not impossible he could be top scorer for two clubs. If he continues to score at this rate he will overtake Vaughan. I can’t ever remember a player going out on loan to a club in the same division and scoring so many so quickly. It would be astonishing if we hadn’t recalled him. Everybody in the football world must have seen it coming. I can’t see why Wellens should affect outrage and dismay and think he’s going to get him back. He’s not.
