Forgot, he's six feet under. I'll have to think of a current homosexual reference. I'll get back to you.

If it was a ‘restaurant’ then perhaps a magical psilocybin moment or ten!

We tried a new place (to us) last night. Stuzzi in Leeds. It serves a smallish selection of Italian "small plates", as seems to be a trend nowadays. Now when I saw "small plates" I fully expected the 2 of us to do 6 or seven as a minimum. We were pretty stuffed after 4 but ordered another for the road! All really good. The wine list was mesmerising -all Italian and very little most people (me included) would recognise, and pretty expensive, so help was needed. The waiter asked us what wines we liked and how much we wanted to spend, then returned with 3 bottles to try before we made our choice! They also have a selection of obscure Italian beers so I had to try one of those too. The place itself was pretty basic but loud and buzzy with loud music playing, which I quite enjoyed, It's obviously a very "in" place, but the food was great value, even though the drinks prices bumped it up.

If you have something late morning is that brinner then? (but for the record I never use the word brunch either)

A person formerly of this parish uses the word brinner. I don't eat outside allocated meal times m8. Rules are rules.

Victoria Gate Casino again last night, I don't gamble but I do like glitzy stuff..............2 glasses of dry white house wine £12.70, I thought that the drinks might have been cheaper like in US casinos? Last drink in the Great Northern Thackley, 2 large glasses of dry white wine £13.80, bleedin Thackley!! The investemnt seem to have paid off, I'd say there were 100+ punters in there, most chavved up, 3 pizza bar employees stood there redundant, but the drinks were certainly flowing.

Sounds very like the Manchester Cicchetti. You normally need about three plates, four at a maximum. Love the zucchini that they do. Well worth a visit if you are in the locality and somewhere I guess @Hulmebantam@Hulmebantam will know.
