    Are those the “bronze package” behind the vinyl posters? I bet they wished they’d upgraded to gold so they were behind a heavy mesh net instead.

    I'm going to stick my neck out...I think Osudabe could be an important player for us this season in midfield rather than out wide left.

    well we have changed a few players, and I know we shouldn't read too much into a friendly, BUT.
    the same issues as last season
    no width
    little threat up front
    poor free kicks
    to much messing around at the back

    I know it's a friendly but it does my nut in when the ball is on the half way 20 seconds after we've taken a corner.

    You're right. We shouldn't read too much into friendlies.
    FYI - Their CB Mitrovic has 36 caps for Serbia and has played at the WC.
    They have far better players than us!!

    Well that was interesting
    Am now trying to convince myself that because it was hot and the opposition were better than us that passing backwards in our own penalty area will stop Smallwood won't be anywhere near free kicks and tactics will be very different on a Tuesday night away to Forest Green :unsure::unsure:

    What's puzzling to me is how Doyle never gets any minutes, especially if they persist in naming him as sub for league games. He never even got a run out in the pizza cup last season.
