No, but a quick check on the companies website shows someone who has started a few companies but they've not actually done anything.

Kadima Sports does not appear to have a website or any experience in organising travel packages as far as I can see.

The company only started on 25th March this year. I wouldn't want to go anyway, but I'd steer well clear.

 

I agree, using the good name of the club on behalf of a mate of the CEO. It is really disappointing.

 

So we've not even done our due diligence on this lot either.

Some idiot within the club clearly thinks there's enough City fans who are naive and stupid enough to just think "Wow Benidorm + City away day" and not look even slightly realise:

- Poor opposition. Part time regional league - (third tier and below in Spain is split into many regional leagues)
- Morally Questionable opposition, i.e 12-0 losses and match fixing accusations (starting to wonder now if they're in on this pay from Kaduma Travel only to retrieve access to the match)
- Random fan zone suddenly set up for this match (for the Spanish club's mates to rinse us of extortionate beer prices)
- Travel company organising this isn't even protected from relevant governing authorities, nor do they have any experience. In fact they've literally just been set up by Ryan Sparks mate?!
- A bus to the match costing 70 euros (£59 as quoted today) is an absolute scandal when you can use local buses for 2 euro
- The travel pack doesn't even include flights. But it includes transfers. So how are they going to organise transfers if City fans are spread across 20 different flights over 3 days for example?

I could probably go on with this list. I'm so ashamed of our club for robbing our fans like this.

I wouldn't for one minute contemplate purchasing any of the deals, but what does annoy me is that they make it quite plain you can't watch the friendly without one of their deals, is Rahic back at the club, that's exactly the sort of stunt I expect of him, the prices they are quoting I cant see anyone buying any of the bands Gold, Silver or Bronze, send it to the BBC "Rip off Britain" these 3 will get it sorted Julia Somerville, Gloria Hunniford and Angela Rippon.

 

Yes and No. yes it is an offer that you either accept or not. However, they are using the clubs good name to promote an inferior product. Fans enjoy the friendlies and the fact they can have a holiday at the same time. Personally I like my holidays completely separate from anything to do with football.

 

Entrepreneurship has to be applauded. My son speaks fluent Spanish so if anyone wants tickets in the home end/section/quarter whatever it is called let me know. The game is set to take place on pitch 2 at Pinatar Arena, which will be able to accommodate up to 300 supporters on the day. Information regarding entry fees will be announced at a later date.

Due to high levels of interest from both sets of supporters, our pre-season friendly against Lincoln City in Spain will now be played on the main pitch at the Pinatar Arena, which has a capacity of up to 3,000.

As a result of the change of pitch, kick-off will now take place at 5pm local time (4pm BST), with tickets priced at ten euros per person – with children under the age of three entering for free.

Tickets will be sold via the Pinatar Arena website at the end of the month. Once they are available for sale, we will share this across the club website and our social media channels.

so if stockport are selling tickets at TEN EUROS why cant we?

Says it all really, the UVF flag.

 

Not going and never had any intention of going, but that doesn't stop me from having an opinion about it, or from airing those opinions on a messageboard. The whole thing has appeared fishy from the get go, and now that we know fans of other English clubs are not being told the ONLY way they can attend is by buying an overpriced package and can instead just buy a ticket for 10 Euros, it looks even more dodgy. If you're happy with that and don't think the city fans that are going are being ripped off then fair enough, that's your opinion which you are as entitled to have as I am to have my opinion, which is different to yours.

 

Can’t think of anything worse than going to watch a half-paced friendly in hot conditions. What a waste of money.

 

Do we really need this sort of bigotry posting on here ?.

 

I hear City are offering “loyalty points” as compensation for the uncertainty those who have booked are experiencing.
