For the conspiracy theorists it is a genuine venue..

Numerous UK clubs are using this place throughout this preseason never mind others..

Stockport County will Play Lincoln City here the week prior to our game against Eldense.. could you imagine that.. having to pay x ammount of 100 pounds to fly out to watch you club against Lincoln when you could just play it in a school field for free at home.. plenty Stockport lads i know going out for it.. none moaning.. there chomping at the bit..

Great move by the club this and great alternative venue.. alot better than i was expecting..

With our game due to start at 6.30, there's no possible way we are in the main stadium. Bit of misleading media from the club posting the pic of the main ground when it looks like we will be playing on one of the training pitches.

 

And why is that mate?..

Because Birmingham are charging there fans how much for travel costs etc for this game?..

Stockport were due to play Lincoln here.. no fans allowed... Stockport fans kicked off to the point where the club decided with Lincoln to open this game up to allow fans to attend.. originally Stockports game was not to have any fans from either club at all and it was going to be behind closed doors as such.. there fans kicked off about wanting to be able to attend and got it..

Im seeing nothing for a Birmingham trip out for this anywhere..

Always moaning who cares..

Pritty sure Eldense might take a few with them having just won promotion so policing might need us to be on a main pitch as appose to a training where flare ups could easily happen..

I might have been hasty in my criticism of the club because I've just checked Birmingham City's website and it says their game is due to start at 8pm approx. It also looks like they aren't doing any travel packages and their fans will just be able to buy tickets without having to purchase some sort of travel package around that.

The game is set to take place on pitch 2 at Pinatar Arena, which will be able to accommodate up to 300 supporters on the day. Information regarding entry fees will be announced at a later date.

Due to high levels of interest from both sets of supporters, our pre-season friendly against Lincoln City in Spain will now be played on the main pitch at the Pinatar Arena, which has a capacity of up to 3,000.

As a result of the change of pitch, kick-off will now take place at 5pm local time (4pm BST), with tickets priced at ten euros per person – with children under the age of three entering for free.

Tickets will be sold via the Pinatar Arena website at the end of the month. Once they are available for sale, we will share this across the club website and our social media channels.

so if stockport are selling tickets at TEN EUROS why cant we?

Looks like you can buy tickets direct for most games, all for 5 euros, apart from ours of course.

Fair enough, still better than what what city fans are being asked to pay.

 

Have a look at transport.. return transport methods from Benidorm and Torrevieja to original Eldense ground and now Pinetar..

Fancy doing that if even possible at 9/10 at night..

Fan zone.. return travel.. match ticket.. no headache like you would have with alternative its worth 60 for me..

Pinetar to Benidorm in an uber will be 60 alone if not more.. be expensive to Torrevieja in 1..

The other clubs probably aint offering it as a bronze package because theres probably feck all to be made on a bronze package in all fairness..

Im no Kadima.. i couldnt care a flying feck for Kadima.. im going to watch the City..
