Hopefully but perhaps unlikely. Unless the rules have changed in the last few days you have to have a minimum of 14 including a gk to play but PL managers meeting today and think they want a pause.

 

They should be over the 7 days isolation by then surely

I might be wrong but I interpreted his announcement differently. I thought he meant that they wouldn't announce any changes until after Christmas, not that there wouldn't be any changes after Christmas

 

Who was it who suggested the Carlisle and Harrogate postponements were a cunning plan so we could do the Jan window recruiting and play with a stronger team? Well, at this rate we'll get the summer window done before we play again.

As I said before I think the rules are 14 players including a gk. That is the only requirement for a game to take place. It is the number of available players as far as I know, the reason for missing whether Covid or injury is not relevant.

 

Or it could be as simple, that members of Walsall /Bradford have a virus which has the potential to kill, especially the vulnerable and elderly. It's a bloody game, that's all.

Sometimes things are just black and white.

 

@wetherbywhaler - just seen that Leeds have stated that they have postponed their game at Liverpool due to a combination of COVID and injuries leaving them short. Shame, was looking forward to Mo and Sadio filling their boots.
