    It’s not nastiness that’s required it’s togetherness you don’t have to be nasty to be a motivator. Look at how Manchester United have improved under a guy who couldn’t be farther away from nasty

    You care enough to post on here late on a Saturday night though.

    We all know why we are in such a mess, but we wil eventually bounce back. A new manager might give us hope, a big call on who this will be.

    However, it disappoints me that some fans have given up on the club altogeher and have us condemned to non league football. Its bad enough some of our players appear to have given up the fight, without fans doing the same.

    Don't want to see O'Connor again this season if that's the case.

    Don't care what his reasons are, he can come out with some guff about the whole team needing to act like leaders, if that's true, he's finished for me.

    January killed what was left of our hope for the season. December gave hope, but really was false hope, poor opposition helping paper over fundamental cracks in the squad.The worrying thing about January was that no one at the top or management changed any of the glaring gaps in our squad, like Rupp, Rhodes and Hopkin had resigned us to our fate.

    After what looks like inevitable relegation, what for the summer? We have a guy that owns the club who clearly doesn't want to be here, a CEO or whatever they call them who won't be here and a squad of players the majority of which shouldn't be here.
    I desperately want this season to end but i don't have the enthusiasm for next next season. Too many players to get rid of and no money to bring decent players in. Good luck to Rhodes and co selling season tickets on the back of the last two seasons.
