O'Connor throws armband in net...

I think most of us feel that is he was truly focussed on the game he would have been unaware of the state of the armband whatever it was.

 

Look guys, we all know that O'Connor will have sulked when Caddis got that armband, he didn't like it END OF.

And he flung that armband into the goal with zero f**ks given, disrespect to everyone City and especially those who travelled that distance to watch them.

He didn't write that statement it was written for him, in feeble attempt to try and put a lid of the fans kicking off.

DISGRACEFUL!

 

There won't be many in the ground next Saturday in the 89th minute as we will be 3-0 down by then and most will have departed.

Sort of sum's our club up, didn't we have a change of "Captains Armbands", you can't blame that on John Duckworth, every thing gone to the dogs since Wendy and John left, get a grip those in charge, we've bigger things to worry about than a new manager...................................

It used to be ticketgate, now its the armbandgate scandal. Did he, didn't he? I'll be honest i'm passed caring, i could see the writing on the wall for this season ages ago. At least it will save me money on the away games, i've got season tickets so i'll go to the home games until we are down.

Load of old bollocks, you can see from the video that the armband was tight around his arm, as others have stated Akpan wore the band with no problem at all, plus who gave permission for him to wear it, was it O'connor or Drury.
I demand to see a photo off the offending armband with the defective stitching.

 

Let's face it Dave, with this lot we're already down - we must now accept it. Therefore it makes not a scrap of difference if the poor souls are upset or offended by the chants from the crowd. GET THE F*****S TOLD, they are not acceptable for our club. Hound 'em out!

 

I was told a story about this guy who had been caught flashing his WhatsIt. He appeared at Bradford magistrates charged with indecent exposure.

His defence was, the reason he had holes in his jeans was because his WhatsIt was so big, it wore holes in several pairs of jeans - he didn't have any more to wear, your honour.

The jury, naturally, thought 'Facts, End ov, Nuff sed' and acquitted the guy, because why would he lie?

Maybe we are directing our anger at the wrong player. Remember, the reason this all happened was because Captain Caddis went off 'injured' just because his elbow bone was poking through his skin. Pussy. At least when O'Connor suffered the unbearable pain of feeling some loose stitching through his sleeve, he was brave enough to deal with the injury on the pitch and carry on playing.
