How refreshing after watching law come on as sub on Saturday to see Gibson being positive taking players on and getting in the box puts law to shame

 

You really are a clown Park. You are comparing 2 different players with different facets to their game. One is a pacy winger that thrives on taking on the full back and getting crosses or shots in. Law isn’t and never has been that type of player.

To be fair, Gibson did more in his cameo than Gilliead has managed since Christmas, yet you didn’t feel the need to compare them? You know, comparing apples with apples...!

 

That might not work. They won’t be as pissed because of the alcohol price increase. Law won’t be happy with Nicola Sturgeon..

 

And you can never make a post without being personal. Law came o. To do the exact same job on Saturday and played the only way he knows passing sideways and backward it was good to see some positivity. Now get back to calling and making a fool of yourself on Radio Leeds

 

Law struggled for the same reasons as Lund does, surely nobody needs the reasons explaining?

Law Struggles to show any positivity

 

He has more positivity than Dieng and Guy combined though all 3 can go for me.

 

Dieng and Guy have probably been our best players recently they are ball winners. Law is supposed to be the creative player in the team and he did it brilliantly on Saturday for Southend

 

If they are such good ball winners, what are they doing with it beyond hoofing, scuffling or hitting touch with it? Law has more footballing ability in midfield than those two will ever have combined, like I said all 3 can go for me. But again, you have obfuscated, to try to deflect attention away from your comparison of Law & Gibson which was plainly daft. Law nor Lund are wide men and struggle out there, Gibson is one and looks fine.....as he would...........

Gibson is not a winger he can play there but he plays more central. Law creates nothing slows play down and is one of the reasons we don’t score more goals

 

Was it Law's fault that we only scored 2 goals in 8 games while he was sitting on the bench?

 

Last I heard he'd gone part time, whilst at Uni or something.

 

Loved Gibson's injection of pace, skill, and desire to be direct.

He might be a decent player in future, but that does not cover up or hide the fact that he didn't get a single cross in, and missed a sitter.

Very, very promising cameo; but he actually provided nothing in the final third. I think I counted four goal kicks from his runs.

To say that because we liked how he played then he must be better than someone else is plainly stupid. The opposition were almost guaranteed the ball back when Gibson had it.

Harsh, yes, but true in my opinion.

Let's not go overboard just yet.
