I totally agree.

I think people don't realise what a good footballer Law is at this level. He has a good footballing brain and good tactical awareness, and with the right team mates around him he is definitely an asset and I will be sad if he leaves.

 

I was a big Law critic last season, mainly because like Clarke he didn't contribute enough in the final third in a team that created chances galore even though both had the talent to if they showed more composure.

But this season, especially Christmas onwards he's looked a world beater compared to most of the others. Can't think of one midfielder in the squad I'd have starting over him.

 

never loses the ball, yes he may only pass it five yards.. however it's better than just giving it away all the time..

Gosh. It is so refreshing to hear people speaking sense. I thought I was the only person who could see Law's ability. So many people are way to quick with their criticism of him.

Yes, he has had spells where he has not performed to the best of his ability, but overall, he is definitely one of our better players and has been for two seasons.

If he does leave City I wouldn't be at all surprised if he was immediately snapped up by one of our L1 rivals.

 

Has anyone ever seen Nicky Law commit to a tackle let alone win one ?

 

The best he can hope for WHEN he leaves City in June is Salford City
