    We need to rid this obsession of re-employing old staff. Where’s it got us in the past 20 years? Times have changed now, the club is different, the circumstances are different, we need a fresh approach. Sack one ex manager and re hire someone who resigned under the current ownership?

    It’s understandable why people would want PP but we need a different, new approach now.

    As far as I'm aware Julian has left the club, so I would expect the job of drawing a list up with regards interviewing potential candidates would be Ryan's job now he is our CEO.

    I think a lot of people on here are actually deluded that he would come here.. Why would he? He could walk into most L1 clubs. It would kill off his career if he came here and he knows it.
