    Nathan Jones is a good shout, young, ambitious and been there and done it. Bringing him in now would a real long term appointment.

    Always a risk leaving Shrewsbury for Ipswich but I assume he wanted to try his hand at a bigger club, this season Scunthorpe look a bit of a basket case.

    It has suddenly dawned on me, they sold Doyle and Vaughan loan so they could use that money to pay off Bowyer! Just a theory, which explains why now!

    I'm not advocating Warnock but I would suggest that he's earned enough in football by now to not demand a fortune to reach his 1500 game target.

    What if if is Hurst and he's had a say in our transfer window? Might explain the Novak signing, seen as though Bowyer has said he didn't know about it.....
