take away the capacity of the stadium (extended on a wreckless wim without the club being on sound footing) and 15k attendances due to cheap tickets and we're the average, run of the mill lower league football club - nothing more and nothing less.

whilst we continue to have delusions of grandeur and don't face the reality of what we are and that it's going to take a lot of hard work and graft to become better, the longer we will continue at this level.

there are 'smaller' football clubs than ours with a better plan in place to go forward - we've got a weak owner, a weak CEO, weak management team and weak squad with part of our support to accept mediocrity.

this club needs to take a longer hard look in the mirror and decide what it wants to be because at this moment in time it's rudderless.

Rhodes and Bowyer's fault.

 

once again you offer nothing except your constant negative opinion of everything Bradford City.
Instead of cliches tell us why in your opinion it wont possibly take 5 years to get us back to where we were (a very good league one club challenging for promotion to the Championship) given your constant bitching that he won't spend his money supporting his club or the manager ?

 

We've an extremely weak fan base also.

Most fans would be looking to drive Rhodes and Rupp out now.

 

I'm sure Portsmouth and Wycombe fans were saying the same, 5 years ago as well. Not convinced Sheff U fans, would have done anything than hurl abuse if it had been suggested 5 years ago, that they'd be challenging for The Champions League, either

It's just as feasible, that we could be challenging in L1 next season - stranger things have happened in football. We've been dire, but somehow still have the play-offs in our hands

I don't think either will happen. Rupp has to support a promotion challenge next season, otherwise he continues to lose money at a faster rate

I can assure you it was not just today, fans traveling 100s of miles are entitled to be annoyed especially with yet another very poor first half display, it got a little better second half.
Yet it seems to be the thing to do with a few of our fans now if the performance has not been to their liking, just stay well clear mate they I fear for anyone who dare challenged them.

How do you know that Mr Rupp and Edin are not still in it together? How? Bet Edin had to sign a confidentiality agreement and I wonder why that it?

Take down the poster of Rhodes and Rupp learn to care about the club because as they sleep at night they don't care a jot about you.

The only reason we're still anywhere near the
play offs is due to teams below us unable to
find any consistancy.

Now however,a few teams below us have found
some form and they've strolled past us.Let's face
it, we can't find a win.We can't score enough goals
and when we take the lead it does nothing for our
belief and determination.We don't possess any.

I played a lot of amateur football where we "paid"
subs to play for the clubs.Winning was what gave
you the buzz,there weren't thousands cheering and
chanting your name,you did it for yourself,your team
mates and the club.

I just don't understand why players at this level don't
appear to care a jot for playing for our great club.They
Bring nothing but misery and defeat.Shame rather than
support is all they deserve.

If the players don't like the criticism from fans,then prove
you're worth the incredible support we give and we can
change too!

 

Different context - it shouldn't take 5 years for us to stop repairing financial deficits. And my lack of faith in us becoming a decent outfit within 5 years is more about how we're being run than it is to do with 'what Edins done'

 

Without doubt I don't think anyone is full of admiration for Rupp, like it or not as the senior share holder he has let us fans down as well as his reputation suffering in the process, but I'd have to question that Rahic involvement in the capacity he was hasn't done far more damage than Rupp still being our owner.
It wasn't just a club that was doing well many saying for our outlay we were punching above our weight it was our Bradford City that was doing well, these two yes Rupp has to be as much to blame have not only taken our league one status away they have taken that feel good factor away that took so long to build up since our fall from grace.
Its been said before but it needs repeating Rahic couldn't have done a worse job if that had been his intention, and it will take some forgetting because as a club IMO we've lost so much more than our league one status.

 

We don't have the playoffs in our hands. No games in hand and effectively 5 points in arrears due to a woeful goal difference.

I understand you and Fordy do butt heads and I genuinely think both of you have the club dearly at your hearts.
But as it stands today, Could you tell me any part of Bradford City FC that has progressed since Mr Rupp has arrived at the club ?

 

I can only speak for myself and I can certainly assure you that is very true in my case.
I think there are more than one posts where I said Rupp is as responsible as Rahic he was the senior share holder and he was duped, he was introduced to Rahic by a banker that should have been enough, but not quite sure why your asking ?.
