Never be ashamed of our club, we have little input to what happens there, we either give our support or stay away, it's certainly not pleasurable watching games these last two seasons and I didn't fancy another season in this division but we have no divine right to be anywhere else, we have to earn that, and unfortunately this shower don't look like they can get a result.
Before the game that looked a very attacking starting 11 but it looked to me no body wanted to take on any responsibility, from back to front we looked a very poor side.

Just after 7.00 and light. Grey sky and still very breezy. Unless it's changed the forecast was showers dying out by 12.00 then just cloudy.
Slow going at M5 end of M42 and single lane on M50 added 45 mins to my sat nav time but Saurday may be quieter. Have a safe journey and watch for camera vans after Monmouth if you come that way.

 

take away the capacity of the stadium (extended on a wreckless wim without the club being on sound footing) and 15k attendances due to cheap tickets and we're the average, run of the mill lower league football club - nothing more and nothing less.

whilst we continue to have delusions of grandeur and don't face the reality of what we are and that it's going to take a lot of hard work and graft to become better, the longer we will continue at this level.

there are 'smaller' football clubs than ours with a better plan in place to go forward - we've got a weak owner, a weak CEO, weak management team and weak squad with part of our support to accept mediocrity.

this club needs to take a longer hard look in the mirror and decide what it wants to be because at this moment in time it's rudderless.

The first goal for them was so bad, I expected it to be disallowed - no one reacted and I assumed they'd taken it before the whistle went.

All week, McCall has been in the press talking about the need to be prepared for a grind this aft. None of them have listened. They've been far too soft without the ball, getting all the basics wrong.

Piss poor. Possibly Wood, but other than him I'm not arsed about keeping a single one of these players.

Teams can't buy a win, play us and get three points, then revert back to normal afterwards. We really are a poor side.

 

Listening to McCall, he knows he has inherited a bunch of soft bottlers, with a concerning lack of quality. Problem is, I dont think there is a lot he can do about it until the summer now

I remember everyone saying exactly the same about the Macclesfield and Carlisle away games and look how they turned out

Obviously Stuart is setting us up to be more entertaining than bowyer could ever dream of, but my point is that we can’t assume anything in this khazi league, particularly given how fragile some of our players are at times

I suppose it’s probably because the footballs been so poor, weather’s more interesting to talk about! I’m more concerned about if we’ll win than if it’ll be postponed.

What do you think 'injured' players should do?? Should they stay indoors, especially after a loss that he didn't play in and wait until he plays again to surface and start spending his wage? Or why not stop watching what he chooses to do on social media? I don't think walking around Leeds is going to do so much damage to an injured player.

Sorry to be late/early but was not looking at my phone last night. It was dry and breezy most of the way down and all evening until I went to bed around 11.30. Dark still so can't tell but looks dry which is the forecast. My mate Simon Hartley was talking to an avid County fan last night, they have 7 out injured including one who did his ACL in training yesterday according to the fan. This guy has backed us at 3-0 apparently, hope he's right.

Effectively 5 points behind the playoffs now with our woeful goal difference. And to think some were still thinking we were good enough for the playoffs just because we were actually in them. This is arguably the worst squad put together I've seen in my time as a City fan. Time to be asking some big questions in the summer because this club is like the Bismarck with the off field leadership, rudderless and going round in circles. No manager could turn this turd around.

 

I think most have gathered that but you enjoy yourself, at least when the likes of @Fordy117 are having a go it's from his heart where as yours and a few others who only post after a poor performance just hide.
