    He's a footballer who I would think maybe still has connections with his past fellow pros at Morecambe, as I posted when I spoke to Bowyer at the home Coventry game he said within the football grapevine there is very little they dint know about.

    Not sure he'd need to, its been going around for too long now for it to be a rumour, think we'll know by Wednesday/Thursday next week, along with the unveiling of the new strips and possibly a new signing or two before the end of the week.

    I'd be wary of that if it were me. It's easy to fake a screenshot or duplicate twitter accounts.

    It may be true or it may be complete horse:poop: but I wouldn't be staking my house on it solely on that screen shot.

    This morning's T & A piece on potential player additions under Adams would suggest an impending deal is all but over the line.
    Expected to be his last game incharge of Morecambe FC.
    The new dugout awaits Derek Adams and his backroom team.

    The headline '6 possible targets for Adams' is as near to definite the T&A saying it's him without an official announcement yet. Not sure the Morecambe end would appreciate that today

    Agree. That article really pi**ed me off actually. He’s not our manager yet, or at least not officially or publicly. On the day of their final just don’t publish this piece. Not that I expect many Morecombe fans or representatives to be reading a local Bradford piece at this time, it’s just disrespectful IMO.

    As I’ve said before, I understand it’s all part of journalism. However the way the T&A have discussed this topic recently has been disappointment from my prospective.
