    They switched it round a few years ago citing that the pitch should be in the best condition for the Championship play off final...

    I’m up in Amble in Northumbria, proper fishing village with proper seafood and not an arcade to be seen.
    Just to get the thread back on track, I’m sure as are most that Adam’s is lined up for the hot seat, it would appear Morecambe fans are resigned to losing him. BUT I remember Huddersfield “signing” Phil Parkinson, everybody except Parky turned up for the press conference! Howe turning down Celtic could start a managerial Merry go round, what say if Celtic went in for Jack Ross at Hibs? If a club like Hibs came in for Adam’s, could he change his mind over joining? Same if a decent championship job comes up suddenly, it’s not out of the question he could change his mind...
    Fingers crossed it’s all sorted by this time next week.

    Apparently a City fan tweeted Kevin Ellison and wished him well for Monday saying the rumours going around that Derek Adams would be coming to Bradford, he replied its a done deal and he's on his way to Bradford City.

    Look, its clearly Adams that is the next manager of Bradford City. Win or lose tomorrow he is the next manager of the club.

    The concern for fans is are we hiring because he is good at working with a small budget or are we hiring him because he is a good manager that can take us to where the club should be?

    Though I suspect the 'working on a small budget' aspect is more a consideration for if we get up. Next season we'll easy be in the top 4/5 budget wise but it's unlikely to be the case the season after should we go up
