Of course he's going to come in for criticism because he's left everyone dangling. If he'd fully thought out what he's said he would have done it exactly how I've outlined. Namely, we have a new manager, he's already involved, but the reason I can't tell you is this .................

No-one would have pulled him up on that and everyone would have sat back and waited. Your problem is you simply can not accept ANY comments about the club that don't fit your perfect rose tinted view, and that is symptomatic of what is holding the club back.

A bit like your total and utter dismissal of Wellens because he took a an absolute basket case of a club, where the players were virtually on a go slow due to not being paid, (Oldham) down and dismissed him as "another failed manager" despite him winning League Two 18 months later.

News for you, a top end League One team thought he was good enough for them, but because you've got the idea that Sparks wants Adams all you can see is Sparks is right and it has to be Adams. Well the fact is that in his (less than) a year of being CEO he's messed up twice on his managerial appointments and he will live or die by this one.

 

Rubbish he needed to say as little as possible which he did. There is nothing to see or imply here

In his baptism of fire since taking the CEO role, in the first few steps navigating us through very the choppy waters, he has done quite well.
Extremely early to call whether his stewardship will be successful, however we're a coupe of steps further forward than November as a direct result of his actions.

Completely agree General. It's now a nonsense that we talk about non-league, particularly re the National League. It should be League Three. But I guess it's all down to their governing body not wanting to relinquish their control over National League, and National Leagues North and South.
