New loyalty scheme

In past seasons away priority membership was limited to about 2000-2500 will this be increased?
Salford, Harrogate away games where tickets will be in the hundreds will the club ensure that these tickets are shared between all away priority members? Or will the ‘chosen’ few get added priority to ensure they attended all away games.

 

I was never in favour of away priority tickets, in theory you could pay, not attend away games but get priority for the big away games where tickets are at a premium. Much fairer to reward the loyalty of the regular 7 or 800 that make the effort to travel everywhere.

 

There are all sorts of things points could be given for extra points for people who attend the early rounds of the cup and the pappa johns trophy for instance

 

Extra points for cleaning seats with your own sponge and bucket and signing very loudly.

I'm sure that'll please anyone that's struggling to scrape enough money just to watch the club every week.

Our those of us with young families that have no need for the pre and post match drinks.

Surely there is no way to track home fixtures. Just give seasons ticket holders 610 points now?

away games should be tracked by location. Eg so many miles equals so many points. Every 50 miles is an extra 5 points or something. Based on valley parade to the away location.

Very smart idea fair few teams have been doing this for years, do agree with others though think they shouldn’t switch the home and away points around to try encourage higher away followings. Also agree with Park add cup games to the point list try add a bit of an extra incentive to go to the early rounds.

Hopefully a few tweaks will be made but another good addition towards making us more professional.

 

Do we need any of this nonesense. Stick to the tried and trusted. Second West pub first dibs then rest on us get in line ! Anyway whats the rush ? Who seriously thinks we are going anywhere fast as things stand ? Is there really going to be a supply demand issue for Khazi League tickets ? Errr no ! Everyone back in your box !

 

That's ok.... I've just renewed my Second West (1903) club membership......I'm guaranteed tickets for everything and I get news 6 minutes before you plebs!

 

Is it just me but introducing a scheme that...

rewards those whom travel this season with the least points. So you could go to half a dozen away games (60 points), supporting the club yet someone could buy that crap 1903 thing and go to no away games and be net only 20 points worse off.

IF we get promoted this season, then potentially next season, they will be many more grounds that will hold greater away following capacity in L1 anyhow...

The 20pts per home game needs clearing up. Is that what POTD get??? They would only need to go to 8 matches and would receive more than a season ticket holder. Unless ST holders are tracked too - but how?

Id also look at more points for away games further a field. Same points for Exeter and Oldham doesnt seem right.

It's a good idea in principle but it seems more of a sales marketing exercise than a scheme that rewards attendance. Not very well thought out to be honest.
