New club website

Thanks for that... I've seen no such thing.

They could have done it through the app as per last year.

 

Slightly related topic about new systems, but has anyone bought a membership this year and have their City Points gone into their account ok?

 

App has just updated from Google store & now let's you log back in. Week in my case.

 

For those asking if the season ticket will be on the app, confirmation that it won't be but the club will look to add it to add it in the future. A lot of clubs at the top end of the pyramid are rolling out new all inclusive log in settings so you have 1 log in for the website, ticketing and club shop rather than individual log ins for each. It's mentioned in the article that we are looking to get that set up in the future and expect over the new few years this to be common practice at all clubs.

Nothing but problems with both the app and website. Can't login into either. Tried resetting my password three days ago but yet to receive an email with the verification code.

 

Have you set up a new account with them? Both of them need a brand new account set up.

 

If you set up a new account, how can you access account information/history on it?

 

I eventually got it sorted after deleting the app and re signing in several times, once in it's not as easy as the old site but I eventually found my information/history and my loyalty points or what ever there called now.

 

Thanks for your help Bronco, but still doesn't work after deleting and downloading again etc. eticket site fine though - i can log in with past info and check points, past purchasing etc. Amusingly, when you hit the lost the password button it says type in you password (assum it should be email) and we will email you with a new entry code!

Hoping this all gets sorted before the first home game.

 

The website and app won't make a difference to people on the matchday. The season ticket isn't on the app anymore, it's downloadable to the google/apple wallet.

 

Apparently they can't e-mail another QR code or it will invalidate the one you already have in your original e-mail (?)

They can though, send you a paper copy as back up if you write to them with a s.a.e which is what i've done, also if you're passing the ground when the ticket office is open they will print one off there and then for you...

 

Plastic option was/is available for a tenner ...

 

Print it off laminate it and there you are. If you don’t want to save it to the phone
