    Looks like there's an issue with the latest update to the club app. It was working fine for me a few days ago but done the update overnight and now the app won't open then comes up with a message saying the app keeps stopping.

    The previous update with the new app looked better than the app from last season and it had the option opt in to lots of different types of notifications like team news, goal updates, ticket news as well as the general news stories. Other than using it for the season ticket I think I very rarely used the last app but this one looks like it will have more to it and be a benefit to the club by driving some traffic to the website.

    I take it our new digital season ticket are going to be on the new app.. I haven't found it yet..

    Probably still tinkering with it.

    There wasn't anywhere for season tickets pre-update so it looks like they won't be on the app and it will be Google/Apple Wallet

    Mine was working in a fashion until Friday but now it isn't working at all! I get a message that the app keeps stopping, whatever that means.

    I do wish that when it comes to IT related stuff. the club would ensure that these things have been thoroughly tested before being released to fans. The current approach creates the impression that either the club can't be bothered about the fans or those responsible for these things are incompetent. Over to you Marco Townson, Director of Ticketing, Support Services and Getting Things Wrong.

    That's the bit I've been wondering about. I've not seen anything from the club about and seen anything obvious on the app.

    It will just be typical the club f+++ that up too.

    You should have had an email with a button there depending on what of phone you have android or iPhone Press that and it automatically lands in your electronic wallet, so you will be able to show that.

    It is the club’s ambition to integrate in-app digital season tickets within the new app, however this is not currently possible. We will update fans in due course when this functionality becomes available and how in-app ticketing will work

    I found it eventually. I'd probably ignored it at the time since it came from Ticketmaster! I now have it in my wallet.

    Having read Tony's second email, it appears that the STs won't be included in the app yet although they were last season.
