    I'm not aware of anybody contacting the club and if somebody has, there has been nothing from the club explaining why there is a problem on logging into the new website.

    Anyway, I and one of our group had the same problem of not being recognised when trying to access the new website. Instead of logging in, 'Register' your details again with your existing email address on the new site's log in screen. It will ask you again for your name and importantly a new 10 character password. Once validated, it will then require you to enter the Verification Code sent to your mobile. Do so and you become instantly recognisable to the new website. It worked for both of us.

    It would have been helpful to everybody if that had been explained by the club when the new website was launched.

    Old sign in doesn’t work on WWW Or App
    Gmail is an unknown domain address
    Wont send me a verification code
    Wont send me a reset password code

    Farce!

    What happens if you do not have a registered mobile for code. I have one with my eticketing for season ticket but not with the app.
    Tried new password new registration nothing works

    Thanks for the advice. I tried to log in via my phone and iPad. I will have a look to see if I can delete cache
    /cookies.

    Thank you my fellow Bantams for all the advice on the new website, I am now in. I cannot believe they just didn’t advise us to re register! Plus they don’t like Apple strong passwords, :shifty:

    For some obscure reason, my old bookmark to the City website changed itself to bradfordcityfc. This is wrong. The proper address is at bradfordcityafc.
    Where did the "a" go?
