Also when you read an article, some of the links aren't working - just get a "404-page not found" message

Eg in the Scunthorpe pre-season article, if you click on any of the 4 other pre-season links at the bottom, it just returns the above error

Wait a minute, there is no way Bradford City would launch a website without it being ready?? Quelle surprise...

 

Absolutely, it's a new site integration which inevitably will have downtime. We are Bradford City, not a major international brand.

 

I can’t sign in on the new city website? They sent me a WhatsApp message to sign in but doesn’t recognise my email or password.

 

Thought they were testing it not launching it

 

They are testing the app, not the website. They are 2 different things. The brand new website was launched yesterday, and is riddled with flaws already...

Has anybody contacted the club (or been redirected to the Supporters Board as its an Operational Issue!!! ) about the Log In problem and had a response from them at all?

So we don't know if it's impacting a few or all users attempting to log in? We don't know what the solution is? Whether we have to re-register or wait for password resets? There has been no communication from the club to make people aware of the issue and / or solution?

Who would have thought that we could launch two online systems in the space of a couple of months and get both launches incorrect!!

 

I tried to sign in with my details for the old website and it didn't work so registered a new account with the same email and I got in with that so looks like you have to create a new account. After creating the new account I had to delete the cache/cookies to log in as it said the username/password were wrong even though they weren't, not sure if this was an issue with my laptop or the website.
