    I played both cricket and football around 1980 on crofts sports ground, we held inter-departmental tournaments.

    I also played on crofts football pitch later on in the mid-nineties for a little while for an amateur club, however even then the ground wasn't maintained like it was at the start of the eighties.

    They have more interest than Pulse:!. Radio Leeds continues to give in depth match coverage, so don't understand your comment?

    Not just sport but coverage of Bradford events in general, Closed the Bradford studios and just have a token Bradford coverage,
    Pulse is a commercial station paid for by how many listen to the programs and adverts, Sport and local news etc just does not bring enough money in while pop and golden oldies 60s and 70s/80s music brings in the listeners and money

    Radio Leeds are very good at covering Bradford, you should try listening to them. They even had a competition two years ago to find a 'voice of bradford' and gave the winner a job.

    I listen yo them in my office and would say their coverage of bradford is top class. They only give Huddersfield more cover in football because they are a championship team and we are khazi league

    I listened to Radio Leeds last Saturday morning whilst decorating before City came on and I actually thought it was quite good with just the right balance of music and chat.

    There was a piece on arts in Bradford and also things to do in the Haworth area, so definitely good coverage of Bradford in general.

    For anyone who can access Talksport 2, they were saying on the usual Talksport channel this morning that Nottingham Forest vs Bradford City is their Talksport 2 live commentary tonight.
