A couple of questions for me.

1) Would Stefan be keen to purchase Edin's shares in the meanwhile, till someone comes along i.e in the Summer to invest? The sooner Edin is announced he's gone the quicker the supporters can rebuild the relationship with the club.

2) Does anyone who is ITK, know how long Julian Rhodes will be at the club on a consultancy basis? is it up till January? till the end of the season? bit of clarity be good in these uncertain times.

3) Regarding the football side of things, is David Hopkin still the right man to bring City out of this slump? Still no assistant manager, goalkeeping coach, fitness coach, sports scientist etc at the club. We have Martin Drury and the performance coach who is Ben Nicholson along with three physio's.

 

1) Doubt it. Rupp sent money on buying his shares and hasn't really been keen in the club. More interested in driving cars about. He knew who Edin was effecting the club and let it happen.

2) It seems rolling monthly but him being here is good.

3) 100% not. Hopkin is way out of his depth. He's taking us down and won't take us back up. Tactically clueless.

It doesn’t take the most informed fan to be aware that Rahic is on his way, what isn’t yet public knowledge is the nuts and bolts of his departure, other investors to buy his 22% stake, Rupp to own the club 100%, or a bit of both ?

JR to run the show, DH to run the squad.

Hard days ahead, however Rupp will start to be on a nice little earner, whilst the club pays his loan off. Vastly different set-up to the last ownership.

Rupp could be heavily criticised for what seems to be his indifference to the damage Rahic inflicted on the club, a little like how the Roades left BFG to run the show.

Rupp will have learnt the lesson, and want regular feed-back from the new arrangement.

The main question is the purse strings, will the budget go back to Pre-Rahic days.

We know, or are very confident that managing the side and signings will be entirely down to the footballing staff.

We’re on the journey through the woods, however that journey back has just started.

Eventually we’ll be back to where we were, maybe 5years to get there again, certainly if we’ve to do it via League two again.

Unless of course Rupp is prepared to put a bit of extra our way, don’t hold your breath.

The most soul destroying thing about all this is it is so pointless, it wasn’t needed.

whichever way its come about, and no matter how @Park bantam wants to spin it - this is excellent news for our club, and not a day too soon.
the official news can't come quick enough.

maybe our club will be a decent place to work, and play football again, and maybe our players might put some performances together. it's a shame we had to lose decent pro's like Colin Doyle and Killa before this happened, but finally we can move on, and make a fist of staying up.

and, now, to answer another thread - we can begin to question Hopkin - when Rahic is gone, with new players brought in, the pressure will really be on him to deliver.

 

So basically you wanted him to ask Jon to cancel the fly over with no explanation or for Jon to not tell anyone who donated why it was cancelled... rather than give the reasons he did.. Apart from a word for word transcript of the conversation had by the 3 parties I'm not sure they could have been more open and honest about it?

 

Well many ppl on here and other media outlets say the same thing about you!

• Yes I would like to know why disinformation about the identity of the 17 was allowed to snowball. - There was no disinformation, people just decided they didn't like the answer given so made something up, think we can all agree it's unlikely 17 people were investors
• Yes I am concerned that the timing may have been ‘orchestrated to not allow consultation with the 64. - Again we have been told initial talks were started 2 or 3 days before the event
• Yes I am unhappy that people have secret chats, but not so secret that they post about the fact on here. - It wasn't a secret chat, it was a meeting between club officials and a supporters group, where many things may have been discussed.

As a previous member of the supporters group I can honestly say information is shared freely where possible and emails are sent out regularly, there is also monthly committee meetings, where questions can be raised by members through appropriate channels and there is also an AGM.. However during the nearly 2 years BB have been going the response to these meetings has been basically non existent in terms of members turning up or questions raised, simply put most don't seem bothered at all (Well that is until something like this happens then all of a sudden everyone expects to be kept fully informed!) Apart from the 5 or 6 people on the committee who put a lot of effort in to raise funds for charity and the club!

Therefore could pester the club quite regularly, alternately he may know someone from ticket office or reception where he gets little snippets of info from. From this we get the I'm ITK smoke and dagger posts.

Now look at it from another angle, maybe he heard a snippet of some Germans wanting some lunch over here, and then made it his own business to contact the club offering his services to have the flyover cancelled. He know's from these massage boards whom to contact ,To which JR said, yeah I'll go along with that. In turn Citysince then can make out he's part orchestrating events, when in essence he's not on the boundary.
