Didnt know he played for Leeds

 

Can see him going to a league 1 club on loan again. Good player but not championship level yet

 

Agree, my money's on Rotherham.

 

Where else would he go. He's their player.

 

I thought he would go to Huddersfield

 

I think he's worth a crack at Championship level.

He'd be a good substitute / cup game player at the very least for that level.

 

good luck to the lad hes given his all for us this season shame some of the others in our squad didn't follow his example .

 

I shall certainly follow his career with interest from now on. He was one of two real highlights this season, the other being Ball's goal against Shrewsbury. He is blessed with talent, conviction and character. It was a pleasure to meet his parents who we sat behind at the Walsall away game, shame about the result.

 

Good luck to the lad. A player that can come out of this season with credit.

 

apart from when he sat on his arse, lost the ball, threw a strop vs blackpool and they went up the other end and scored rather than getting up and trying to win the ball back. or when he cost us two vs rochdale.

 

Its the lads first season in first team football, he's had a very good season in a piss poor side and you're pulling him on a couple of mistakes. I guess we expect perfection at Valley Parade.

 

How is that memorable in THAT season?

Performed well in a dire season, no mean feat especially for a player so inexperienced.

i’m not saying he hasn’t and nobody is expecting perfection but i’m not going to go along with the story that he’s been amazing this season. if we’re pulling others up for their mistakes, we also have to pull o’brien up too.

 

because at that point in the rochdale game we were in it, he cost us that day. if we’re pulling others up for their mistakes, o’brien doesn’t get a free ride because of his age.

Far better/experienced players have downed tools at Man ure etc etc
He is very young, but playing in probably one of the worst squads we have ever assembled....I will give him a few strops as a learning curve but overall he was a superb player with overall a good attitude mainly, whilst playing in a terrible team.
