Its bizarre that a bloke with his experience wouldnt travel with the side and offer his support and guidance. Not sure what's happened, but it does seem a massive fall from grace.

 

I am not opposed to any rumour I just tend not to believe them.

Numerous times he's come across wingers who had the beating of him physically - I get that Bradshaw and Odeboyejo aren't the biggest physically, so maybe that factored into it, but it's just another facet of our start to the season that smacks of experimentation and over-thinking.

It's no wonder there is a feeling we need to go back to basics after just three games. It's almost like we feel we need some kind of edge in terms of creativity from the sidelines - it's just we haven't found it.

 

If it is true then it makes you wonder why 12 months ago they gave Killgallon and Vincelot contract extensions if they then want to force them out, but nothing would surprise me at BCFC.

It may also be that Killgallon is on some kind of bonus related pay for appearances. Maybe he’s on a relatively modest basic wage with bump ups for being in the match day squad / subs bench / starting 11. Certainly seems as though the reason is more financial than football based.

Don't worry - that rumour was just invented to cushion the idea that MC's judgement might be so awful that he thinks Isherwood & NKP are better than Killa!

Hopefully Killa was just injured and both ludicrous possibilities can be dismissed!

What is interesting, is that quite a few of us on here when MC was appointed, were asking how he’s going to cope with the experienced heads like Vince, Killa and McMahon.
Looks like we’re now finding out. Two down, one to go!

Where is the focus of influence I wonder and the negative impact it may be having on the dressing room. Plenty of easy on the ear rhetoric, but few ripples of corrective action.

 

Robotically following the clubs line fed to the journalists whose livelihood depends on access to the club, ok...Isherwood should definitely be further the pecking order than Killgallon.
