We certainly need to sort out why at this club we suffer from more than our fair share of hamstring injuries if it is confirmed that is why vernam went off.

 

Partly because we sign them with a history of hamstring injuries.

 

They are crap to be fair to adams. I dont think he's got anything against giving somebody thats any good decent money

 

There's no one else signing now after what Adams did yesterday.

Every agent will be telling their player - don't go there, if you make a mistake he will blame you.

 

Desperately need a RB as both are terrible in my opinion. CB with a little pace about them would be pretty high on my list too. Strikers are a difficult one, we need another, more mobile striker but as others have pointed out, good strikers cost money so it won’t happen.

We’ve signed loan players that we are highly unlikely to retain next season so the team will be ripped up and we will start again as usual.

 

I remember people saying how decent a defender canavan was before he signed for city. Now he makes a lot of mistakes.

 

It doesn’t matter who we bring in if the instruction at half time is to sit back and give up possession.
It’s no coincidence that the majority of games follow the same pattern unless it’s the manager telling them to do so.

Totally agree with this. I don’t like to sit on a lead and never will but we just don’t have the players to follow that game plan. Not enough characters or fighters in this side. When the first goal went in they were all stood around the centre circle and not one of them was getting into each at all.

The WOAP point out in their report on yesterday's game that we have conceded an equalising goal in 12 of 15 games where we have had a 1 goal lead. Someone needs to tell Derek that the definition of madness is to keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result, because sitting back and inviting pressure on ourselves when we take the lead is, surprise surprise, not working.

 

I also noted the muted celebration when we did score from the players. It’s like they aren’t arsed at all at the moment.

 

And we are also very much a hamstrung football club!

 

Didn't DA say in his post match interview they still had offers out on more players and were waiting to hear back. Hopefully one is a RB and the other a CB-both positions where we need to strengthen
