no I don't think so, I've had a quick search and not seen anything to suggest that its only for moving country.

 

While these are realistic signings I would say we have next to no chance of getting them out of those two clubs.

 

Pretty sure domestic players can only sign pre contacts with other English clubs when they only have 1 month of their contract remaining.

 

I've just checked and they can only be signed one month before the end of their current deal, so effectively from 1st June onwards. What we term as a free agent deal is called a pre-contract deal by Fifa.

I'm wondering if someone didn't research properly, as he was at Morecambe in 2019 - but that was before Adams arrived, and he played 7 times (5 as a sub) under Jim Bentley.

He doesn't appear, on paper, to be the kind of player we need unless we're replacing Kelleher with any equally unproven player.

 

Adams has dismissed the story about bringing in Greg Strong as head of recruitment as nonsense.
