I bought the match programme at home to scunny and rupp says there are funds for boywer if he needs it. Possibly not enough funds unless players get moved on though.

 

He said in his press conference today that three players have interested him that have been offered to us. Doubt he wants all three though.

Spoke to a friend of mine who is a millers fan, she said she can't see him getting in the squad when Vassell comes back from injury. So can't understand why he's really been recalled. Also there's been some bad blood between his mum, the club and fans on twitter, accusing Rotherham of playing too much hoof and that's why he hasn't been playing well there, but playing well at Swindon. So he'll fit in well here! I got told he's found his level, which for us would be a great signing at the moment and at 23 there's potential and a possible sell on.

 

Spearing is also out of contract at the end of the season, expect if Blackpool stay down, we go up and Bowyer keeps his job, then this could definately be on.

Totally lost the plot saying he will discuss with players how he manages us having 6 loan players when only 5 can be in matchday squad.

Doesn't take a lot of working out there's 6 of you I have to leave 1 out every game.

Why would we want him then we hope to be in league 1?

 

Pointless signing strikers until we start creating chances.

When we start creating chances, we'll find we have better strikers than Yates already at the club.

 

Because he was struggling at championship level. He's only 23 and has benefitted from playing regular football. Therefore there should be a natural progression. Plus can't see Doyle or Donaldson being here after this season. So we will need more strikers.

 

We've the strikers to get us out of the league now.

The problem is Bowyer, Reeves, Palmer & the midfield in general and full balls.

I would rather Bowyer concentrate on getting a new RB in that can play 5-3-2 if required.

We need to work on creating chances and being more attacking than just trying to get players in for the hell of it.

You said he's found his level? If his level was league 1 then he will be staying at his club until the end of the season.

 

Have we any idea as to which of our current loans are being confirmed into our player in the window?
Cooke and Pritchard for me

 

Pritchard is already ours and on a 2 year deal. Cooke I'd like to see on a permanent, again young with potential, would probably want to be up here being nearer to home.

 

Just shows you parkbantam watches a different game to us;
We have Cooke who isn't a defensive mid, have Reeves who is more of a sideways mid and the static Akpan.
Surprised he hasn't tried McCartan there yet, would not put it past the gaffer.
