    Sounds like a good signing. We’ve not had an attack minded CM who can chip in with goals and assists for a long time. Hopefully this signing solves that.

    That's one that makes you sit up and think we could compete. He's impressed whenever I've seen him play and certainly could be that creative link that we've been missing.

    Loan or not, great signing.

    Wright keeps talking up his hopes to get forward and score goals so with him and Payne at least the midfield will be more forward thinking this season.

    To be fair to Collins (and lets give him some credit even if it is done by committee) he indicated after Saturday that some of the players given a go so far had not pulled up any trees and these 2 loans look to be a step up - so well done mate! :thumbsup:

    He was on the pitch once when I went! Hardly went to see him though!

    Don't remember much about his Blackburn stint but did really well at Oxford. Remember he had four assists in one match.

    Now this is the sort of loan signing that makes sense, the lad has done it and worn the t shirt at a higher level. We will definitely benefit getting this lad.

    That's an impressive signing, albeit on loan. However, season loans are almost like signing a player on a year long contract, unless there is a release clause?
    Look forward to seeing him in action for us

    Presume a backup keeper, and a replacement for Wyke, should he leave as expected, will just about complete the incoming transfers you would imagine?

    This signing could mean the end for Vincelot. With Akpan and O'Connor as defensive midfielders and Wright and Payne as attack minded midfielders I can't see Vincelot having much game time or future at the club.
