Fans pay money and have every right to boo.

Edin is making poor decisions and needs to leave.

Collins is why out of his depth as manager and wasn't even great as a youth manager. He needs to go.

The performance on Saturday needed shooting down. It wasn't good enough.

For you to post utter shi&e like you have done highlights to me that you don't understand the emotion of some of the fans and the upset Edin and Collins mismanagement is creating them.

I can't blame any fan for booing the utter shi&e on Saturday or for giving it out to Edin(fully against racist comments)

You are of a similar age (ish) to me and have some experience of what makes our club tick
Being long time supporters having gone through more than most 92 league clubs are you honestly telling us this is just a setback Do you remember the admins rattling buckets holding sponsored events carrying blankets round the pitch at half time for fans to throw money in to keep the club going voluntary clearing snow off the pitch so a game can go ahead then actually paying to watch it bear in mind we were a struggling Div 4 club at the time that's what being a City fan is all about Do you really think that would happen now all connections between club and fans are seriously under threat if not already destroyed and you are saying it's an Hysterical Over Reaction I agree the guy in the stand didn't go about things in the right way but if true he showed some passion for the club (more than the players/ Head Coach did)
Our present owners were in short tousers whilst lots on here were keeping the club afloat Fans are readily open to accept change (if it's the right way to go and the plan is working) but just think back 2 years and how bright the future was lots on here dare not look 2 years into the future. Our club is being run a totally different way to what it has been historically whether that's right or wrong remains to be seen
But true fans will not readily sit back and have OUR clubs future compromised

Dont worry, i couldn’t care less what anyone thinks of my take on things at Bradford City football club. Believe me, i have far more important things in my life than football, i just happen to care about my football club.

 

The Collins appointment is our Hockaday moment.

When Hockaday was appointed, Leeds fans were up in arms. And they weren't shy about it. Just a handful of games in, they were tearing up seats and shouting 'you're getting sacked in the morning'. At our cup game against them at Valley Parade, ironically.

And Hockaday was more qualified than Collins. He'd been a first team coach at Watford, MK Dons and Leicester. And he'd had a bit of management experience at Forest Green.

Most are now awake to our mess. But the last and lingering of the blind will never see it. Their apathy and ignorance is a risk to us. And they'll largely deserve the train wreck that's coming.

 

Pretty much what Simon Parker was eluding too.

It's going to turn real nasty at Bradford City soon if Edin doesn't sack Collins or get out of the club.

 

When you see Collins body language on touch line, then think back to McCall!!

I can only assume this is an attention seeking post, if you think a few boos on Saturday and some honest social media comments since, are a hysterical over reaction. I actually suggest the opposite is the case.

That is 2 Saturdays on the trot that our players have turned up and given the impression that they don't care one bit about playing for City with such spineless performances. We have a coach who is way out of his depth who genuinely looks lost and in a World of his own during games, and clearly hasn't a clue on how to turn things around, and actually admitted on Saturday after the game, that he doesn't have the answers as to why most of his players were so poor and appeared not to give a toss.

It pains me to say, but if Rupp allows Rahic to continue to run the club the way he is, I can only see a slide to non league oblivion with a rapidly declining fan base

Now if you think that is an over reaction, so be it, but would suggest you care about our club as much as most of that shower who played for us on Saturday do.

 

Same goes the other way but the fans that say it get branded happy clappers. I left with 10 minutes to go which was the first time in 40 years of supporting city but I won't start sagging off the ones that stayed. The football was dire and Collins is out of his depth and that's my opinion but I won't have a go with someone that has a different opinion to mine.

 

Hi @AJP I'll be at Fleetwood on Saturday my seat is Block F, Row 9, Seat 147, if you're sat anywhere near me you will see and hear me go through most emotions football fans go through in a game.
If by any chance we are as dire as we were on Saturday and I do boo the team or Collins or Edin please don't infer I'm any less of a Bradford City fan than your good self, I have been known to make my feelings felt during a game but not many times over the years.
One point with regards your comment about booing and general anti club chants during games, I remembed after the Blackpool fiasco several players saying the responce from the fans that day was a real wake up call to them, do you think fans who attended that game shouldn't have vented their feelings about that inept performance ?.
Unfortunatly things at the club have got so bad that even Mr Championship manager couldn't turn the club around let's hope Micheal and his backroom staff can.
I personally don't believe he has the experiance to do it, if we are in a relegation fight you may have to take ear protectors to home games as fans won't sit there in silence when they see their club falling apart before their eyes.

 

There are at least two posters in this thread who seem to have signed up and logged on to this forum to demand that City fans stop caring about the clubs regression.
