Seems we are joint 4th favorites to go up as champs (14/1), and 4th to be in top 7 (11/8).

I think the 14/1 is worth a shilling.

The addition of another half decent forward and I'm around 7.5. As it stands I'm about a 6, because I think we're going to struggle to score enough goals to be an automatic promotion contender. I don't think we can expect Cook to play every league game in a long, attritional and arduous season and I can't see a lot of goals coming from elsewhere. Angol's going to have to become a player that none of his previous clubs has seen in recent seasons in terms of goals to make a significant difference.

It's a shame that Rowe isn't still a City player (assuming that he was an Adams type player in both style and attitude) as then I'd have been very positive. A combination of Cook and Rowe in the same squad, lessening the workload for each other might have worked really well.
