finally, we have a good one. If we are talking about £100k I wouldn’t even pick up the phone to the bidding club. Think of all the points he’ll win you over a season. Could be ten points or so, easily, given we only win by narrow margins.

I'd be amazed if the real fee was even a quarter of that. I've had a look around the net but everything says "undisclosed" except tranfermarkt which always has ridiculous fees and valuations on players.

 

All I saying is there is an alternative so I dont think the 85k sets a bar. Yes Lewis is older but he has spent time at a Premiership side so not much difference from what a youth keeper would do.

A very honest interview certainly with regards our last game after being on the celling at Gillingham to the downer of Crewe, not sure we didn't deserve a point at Crewe coming back from a 2 - 0 deficit but he didn't try and make excuses for the back 5, including himself.

Lewis should stay at City next season as he’s not the finished product. Unless a ridiculous offer comes in for him.

 

He has performed consistently well all season with some pressure blips. Great guy too. Who in our side as not been at it all season? Very few.

 

I like the fact that no matter who interviews Harry Lewis you get a true honest opinion from him regarding the football aspect and his own feelings
He's not false and certainly doesn't use scripted replies enforced by the club.
What you see is what you get with Harry. That of course is my opinion others might think differently.
No matter what the future holds for him he certainly won't be forgotten he's everything a City Gent should be.

 

The way he conducts himself and comes across has made it very easy and a privilege for the fans to bond with him.

Although he had no links with us or this part of the country before, he seems to have done his best to get to know the city and seems to get what we are about.
