I dont see how that works? Clubs can be fined for behaviour of their fans inside the ground, but how can a club be fined for the private actions of someone just because they're apparently supporters of the club?

Burnley as a club and a town have nothing to apologise for. In a way i found it quite amusing because i knew what the social media frenzy would be. And boy it didnt disappoint. Folk quite literally frothing at the mouth, on both sides of the divide surprisingly. Theres a definitely a backlash brewing, of which i don't agree or disagree.

 

Here's a thought. Given the public show of support that the Premier Leagues footballers have shown for BLM, I wonder if they'll still be going to the world cup in Qatar? What with the number of people who've worked in slave liked conditions to build its stadia, the number of deaths in the process, its human rights record and its attitudes towards women in society? If they're going to take a position, do it fully.
