If that’s the case how do these proposed takeovers seem to come to light because they seem to

Most people who sign NDAs from my experience honour the NDA. But I aknowledge that some don't and allow some information to leak out. Perhaps more importantly, an offer price is not always part of an NDA.

Best ask the club why they don't pursue it.

True. I only added the link in response to Parks comment about takeover dealings finding a route to the press. I'm taking my views based on info directly from sources I trust, which I've mentioned on here in terms of where/how they'd derive such info.

Great Post. A sugar daddy would be lovely, and I think the reason most of us are so frustrated is because Rupp clearly has the wealth to treat us like a genuine investment opportunity, but doesn't.

However, we'd be capable of succeeding on a reasonably sustainable, self funded basis if we simply had an owner who cared enough to select and pay for a capable leader to actually run the club properly, with genuine ambition, nous, leadership expertise and gravitas, instead of just leaving us to flounder.

Did you see anyone (new potencial applicants) in the stand to your left, please don't say Evans was sat there.

The greatest shame in all this, is the simple fact 'a boycott' has been suggested. Whether said protest evolves is IMO, immaterial.

The disconnect, frustration amongst the fanbase towards all sections of the club from the manager, CEO, Rupp, ambassadors and 'in fighting' amongst some of our fanbase is really sad.

Whatever the outcome of this 'boycott', which I support for the record, the club need to take serious note and I feel, speak to its supporters.

I stated this last night but I'd like to reiterate if I may. Let's be respectful and debate fairly as a fanbase to one another. Irrespective of views, we all ultimately want the same thing for our club.

We have to realise the posters on here are in a minority with regards fans attending Bradford City games.

It's been getting less and less over the last few months, last night was the first time I have not attended a home game through choice, so I've already done mine, sorry I'll be in attendance for the Swindon game.

    Agreed.

I wouldn't even bother with the boycott myself if the club started taking progression seriously.

A Director of Football to work with Ryan.
The club publicly put up for sale at a reasonable price.
A new manager to commence a longer-term vision.

Looks like North Parade it is, then, because that's not happening under this Ding Dong.

Exactly, can you imagine unveiling a new manager before the game and there are boycotts in force or toxic atmosphere in the ground.

    I couldn't support such a boycott.

Do we know that figure of 10million is what he is actually asking or another made up figure, has he or anyone connected with the club made that figure public knowledge if so I haven't read it.

While this point is valid, we have had 8 managers in 4 years. The number of decent candidates is now dwindling badly. Our reputation is taking a kicking. We are scraping the very bottom of the barrel when it comes to managers now.
This group of players haven’t been anywhere near good enough so a clear out is again needed in the summer. So how long do we give the new manager before we do boycott? The only way Ryan and Stefan are going to start getting the message is when pictures of protests are in the news and are discontent is heard ringing around the stadium. We can’t keep just holding off doing nothing just because we’re waiting for yet another manager to come in. The trend is set and has been set by the owner. He has to go. We have to start squeezing him out.

Filipe Morais actually commented even with a reduced attendance those attending got right behind the team and gave them their vocal support.

I’m of the belief a fly by is the best starting point, I don’t know if social media and on here would do enough to make a big difference. Looking at the crowds recently they’re already probably as low as they will get, it needs Rupp out support in the crowd first before protests can be coordinated in advance it’s not a case of saying nobody attend at 10 days notice. Until the message is literally out there for the whole crowd to see the idea won’t take off. It needs to be a direct message at Rupp that the media can pick up on and go with, atm it just looks like nobody can be arsed because the footballs crap.
