If we can't afford his then Mr Rupp needs to A) sell up B) if not A then seek more investment C) sack the comerical team as we need to generate more income D) spend some of his own money.

 

Im happy for Doyle to stay but only if they are paying his full wages.

Thinking about it we will know whether he is coming back or not after next week's fa cup games if he plays for Swindon I would think he was staying down there as we wouldn't want him cup tied if we progress in the fa cup and he was getting recalled.

One in a shite side in L1, the other in a decent side in L2.

An unfair comparison. This season a better comparison as parameters are equal.

 

It's was highlighted offers have been made for the club. However if an owner is wanting silly money for something or a return on investment when the price for something should be falling then a sale won't happen.

Also understand that this club has no assets and if I am honest I can't take any owner seriously until they want to make sure assets are brought to protect the club.

 

I agree, but isn't the defence of Doyle that he was scoring goals last season because he got double figures?

Vaughan will score more than that this season, but he is a non-scoring forward?

 

I'm not sure what assets would be needed to be purchased to protect the club.
I'm not sure Flamingo Park Pension Fund would sell as the money they are earning from rental of the stadium is giving them a fantastic return on their initial outlay.
The training facilities are shared with Woodhouse Grove so I'd assume we could not purchase those facilities as they are on school grounds, so any new owner would have to buy land and build new facilities, we are 4th division that isn't going to happen mate.
