Was the guy that invented the internal combustion engine a hypocrite for using a horse to get everywhere? participation in a system doesn't disqualify you from seeking to change or improve it.

China has many more pollution contribution than the UK. Why do they not go there and try stop pollution?

You have literally just ignored the post I made that said I don't think they're going about it the right way. I'm sure all of these things looked a great idea when they were discussing it amongst themselves, but they forgot that they need to convince people who don't already agree with them.
