    I'm already in the Christmas mood on my lap top just had my tea and have the boxing from Riyadh on, with a few bottles of Kronenbourg 1664 in the fridge, it should be a cracking night of mostly heavyweight boxing.

    Surely he’s now done enough by now, to prove to any doubters why he’s one of the first names on the team sheet at present?

    Arguably one of the most consistent performers this season, perhaps only bettered by Halliday?

    Missing chances dont put a goal on the oppositions scoreboard. Thats the difference.

    The odd GK mistake comes with the territory but he has made 4 or 5 unforgiveable howlers and also let in some very soft goals.

    He needs to improve - like Cook has.

    Because a keeper mistake puts a goal on the oppositions scoreboard. A striker miss doesnt.

    Halliday already a shoe in for player of the season. I thought Gilly would have been surplus to requirements when Pattison signed but Alexander has him as one of the first names on the team sheet in this formation.

    It’s no coincidence that recent successive managers think exactly on those lines. He offers so much which is far greater than his technical skills. A great player to have in any team.
    The ultimate utility man in the lower divisions.

    Lets be fair they both cocked up,if halliday hadnt put it so wide he wouldnt have had an open net,harry should have put it in row z but hindsight is a wonderful thing

    Gilliead is a hard working player with a great engine. Agree he gets a start. Wish he was that 4-6 goals a season midfielder, which would really secure his place.

    Halliday really didn't *@?$ up at all bar the pass being slightly off. It was Lewis first touch that caused the goal, nothing else.
